Well I am a very happy chappy at the moment, just picked up my new Sony TV. I tried to get the best value for money but at the same time not go for the lower end of that ‘value for money’ market.
I have had the telly for around 10 days now and can honestly say that I’m very happy with the results. I was a little dubious about buying a TV that I had only seen on the shop floor and also only a SKY HD signal when viewing it. But Read the rest of this entry »

Ok my second attempt at a review. This time an iphone app instead of a game (topple) like last time.
I personally think that twitterific is a great Twitter client for the iPhone. But after a twitter from Stephen Fry recommending Tweetie as a good iPhone client I thought it best I give it a go.
Review
First I will give you a list of features taken straight from the Tweetie website.
- Handle multiple twitter accounts.
- View your timeline, replies, direct messages and favorites.
- Browse your friends and followers.
- Post new tweets, retweet
- Reply directly to tweets and send direct messages.
- Follow and unfollow people.
- Mark tweets as favorites.
- Navigate reply chains.
- Inline web browser.
- Post links with automatic link shrinking via bit.ly.
- Upload pictures to twitpic.com.
- Update your twitter location.
- View twitter trends and perform custom searches.
- Save your favorite searches.
- Implements the full twitter API.
- Uses secure connection (https).
- Go to User shortcut
- Nearby search
- Themes and adjustable font size
- Bookmarklet support
Just going by this list you dont need me to tell you that Tweetie has some amazing features, but what makes it stand out from the crowd is it brings all them great features together. Read the rest of this entry »

This is my first game review so apologies if it’s not great. I will be posting more reviews in the future so hopefully they will get better over time.
Review
The idea is to stack blocks up to a designated line and try to make sure they don’t topple over. It’s pretty simple to start with but on the later levels it does get more difficult. Not only does the height get bigger but the base goes from being flat to round.
It’s ok if you lose a block or two, but if you lose 4 then i’m afraid it’s game over.
You can get the general idea from the screenshots below, sorry I have no video will work on a video review for my next game review.
One thing I will say, because of buying this game I will think twice before purchasing another game. I do like it when a game producer gives out a lite version so you can test if it’s any good before forking out.

So I watched a few episodes of diggnation about month ago and decided I would go back to the very first episode and watch them all.
At around the same time I found Diggnation I come across a site that recorded all the beers from the diggnation episodes but stopped at around episode 68. I decided to do something similar to that site. On the right you can see a screenshot, but unfortunatetly no link as the site has been down for quite few months.
But first if your not sure what Diggnation is… Read the rest of this entry »
